“Since
I began wakeboarding I’ve always been interested in the design
process and shaping of boards. After a few years of stewing over
new ideas I was able to convince Hyperlite to let me shape some
boards and try something completely new, Wake Skis. Anyway, if you’d
like to demo any of these products during your clinic I’m
more than happy to bring them along.”
Shaun Murray Pro Model 135, 140 & 145
“Not since Snoop and Dr. Dre has a legendary duo turned out
a hit this good. The all new 2008 Murray is the product of two industry
icons. Shaun worked together with long time rider and designer Greg
Nelson to perfect his shape for 2008. Taking everything Shaun asked
for into account Greg designed a masterpiece featuring a dual rocker
line which carries all the speed of a continuous rocker while on
edge and the pop of a 3 stage off the wake. The variable edge design
makes for a soft, forgiving center rail which transitions into a
sharper cupped rail tip and tail. Combined with a canted footbed
the Murray makes for a fast responsive ride without sacrificing
the pop.” - Hyperlite Product Catalog 2008

Tribute 132, 137 & 142
“The Tribute is an all new shape for 2008. Built off of a
2.55" continuous rocker line it carries awesome speed into
the wake and all the pop you need. Combined with a variable edge
design which rolls from soft between your feet to a sharp cupped
rail tip and tail, this board is as quick and responsive as they
come. A new feature that strays from traditional Hyperlite shapes
however is the Tributes shorter curved molded in fins. Ending almost
two inches from the tip and tail of the board, its just enough fin
to know its there and working but nothing to delay release off the
wake. All in all the Tribute is a great new addition to the 2008
line, a shape and a ride Hyperlite has never offered.” - Hyperlite

HO Wake Skis
“You’ve got to agree that Wake Skiing makes perfect
sense. Since you do, you’ll be stoked to know the HO Wake
Skis will meet your every riding desire. At 145cm long they can
accommodate bigger guys but the thin profile makes them easy for
anyone to throw around. The skis have a continuous rocker of 2.25”
which keep them fast and the kick tips ensure you’ll get the
maximum pop off any wake. The channels actually curve in a bit before
they exit the board helping the ski carve and approach the wake.
Equipped with small fins at both ends make riding switch a breeze
and each ski has a soft landing spine beneath each foot for big
airs. The progression of this budding sport is going to happen fast,
so get yours soon and turn some heads on your lake.” - HO
